Caroline House is the first B&B we’ve stayed at. They have set the bar extremely high! Stand out qualities include -amazing communication. Micheal is a wealth of knowledge for all things Nashville and was extremely helpful during our stay -slick operation! From booking the reservation to receiving a few texts along the way to the keyless entry… it’s all such a smooth process and seamlessly blends with a carefree relaxing vacation - I am a self proclaimed neat freak and value cleanliness! When I say this place was immaculate, I’m not exaggerating. It was flawlessly clean. The team does an amazing job cleaning and keeping up the luxury feel. If you are sensitive to smells and chemicals as I am, you will love that they clean naturally with vinegar etc as opposed to chemical cleaning. -location!!! We thoroughly enjoyed access to the 12 South district and all the amenities it brought. We brought our bicycles on our trip and this area has lots of dedicated bike lanes and is extremely bicycle friendly. We even rode downtown a few times. -The breakfast cards are a super fun experience and great way to take in some local flair! We loved our breakfasts! -the coffee station is top notch! We so enjoyed our stay! As first timers to Nashville, we really appreciated the welcome we received, starting with the " happy paw dance" from sweet Desti, and refreshing bubbly from Michael!
